Limited Lifetime Warranty

Utah Mobile Auto Glass warrants installation of new automotive glass to be free from defects in material and workmanship upon delivery, subject to the Limited Warranty. Any problems caused by installation error, such as wind and water, leaks, loose moldings and some types of stress cracks, will, at the option of Utah Mobile Auto Glass, be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. This Limited Warranty is valid for as long as you own your vehicle. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must present the invoice as proof of repair or replacement to Utah Mobile Auto Glass. THIS LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER leakage or stress cracks caused by pre-existing rust, structural damage, or other damage caused by vandalism or impact with foreign objects, such as Rock Chips. If with such repair, Utah Mobile Auto Glass has made chip repairs to your automobile glass and you are not satisfied with repair, Utah Mobile Auto Glass will credit cost of the chip repair toward replacement of the glass by Utah Mobile Auto Glass. In the event you request a repair of a rock chip or other damage caused by impact with foreign objects or vandalism, you agree that Utah Mobile Auto Glass shall not be responsible for breakage that occurs in attempting such repairs.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF YOUR WINDSHIELD AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. This exclusive remedy will not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as Utah Mobile Auto Glass is willing and able to repair or replace the automotive glass installed. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE. Utah Mobile Auto Glass makes no other warranties of any kind and any repair to attempt to the automotive glass installed by anyone other Utah Mobile Auto Glass automatically voids this Limited Warranty. Any oral or written statement concerning the automotive glass installed inconsistent with this Limited Warranty shall be of no force or effect.
